Having conducted some research, True Potential Investor has reported that the UK saved an average of £325 towards their private pension pots in Q4 2016. Some regions have been more diligent at saving than others, including Northern Ireland (11%) and London (8%) – two areas of the UK with the highest proportion of people saving over £5,000 per month towards their retirement.
